Our B&B is a very special place, I would even say unique place. First, because it was and still is my home. It is a very large apartment where I love to live, and accommodate so many guests from all over the world. And with whom I love to share my knowledge of Rome and its beauty, and advise about the best way to appreciate the city. Second, it is in a fantastic position in the center of Rome, and in the most "Roman" district, Trastevere. At the middle of the legendary Gianicolo hill, with two very large terraces with a great view over the city. Third, because there are no more places in Rome with our original design of the sixties and seventies, with our furniture and vintage items, and with two working juke box (since 1959 and 1970), and a working pinball machine (since 1971).

I am a fifty year old, born in southern Italy, but always lived in Rome. Rome is the city where I grew up, and that I love deeply. I love also cinema, and design of the twenty-year period from the mid-fifties to the mid-seventies. And that's why our apartment, that for 14 years now also became a B & B, is structured and furnished with antique harness, and vintage furniture, details and colours. I am also passionate about plants and gardening, and so our terraces are really beautiful and lush; and I love cooking, and the cakes and biscuits that we offer to our guests, according to them, are really very very good and, impossible to refuse :) I'm happy to share my home with many international guests who can appreciate it.

We live in Trastevere. Trastevere is the most "roman" area in the city. And here, like in all the city, you can find ancient churches and fountains (Santa Maria in Trastevere is the oldest Basilica in Rome), and museums and many things to see. And Trastevere is also a lot of day and night life, with many bars, pubs restaurants, pizzerie, osterie, wine bars, cinema and music places. And it is still populated by "true" Romans, and a lot of people coming from all the world.
